CUAB 2 Kings 5:10-14 We pray for all these things from God, for help or healing or whatever. Then He answers our prayers, but not the way we expect Him to. We then throw a fit and get upset. Our job isn’t to question why or blame God for our problems. It’s to say “yes sir.” and glorify Him for every situation in our lives…Not to understand it all, but know that He has it all under His control.
He knows our futures and things in our present are being coordinated accordingly. When God tells us we are to do something, we need to do it. If we’re praying for God to heal us, don’t tell Him how. When we ask God for something, we have to know that He knows our hearts and knows what’s best for us. If you run away from Him, He’s going to stay right there, right behind you.
John 13:1-17 We should serve each other, love each other, and do whatever we can for each other. If the church body would begin to “wash each others feet” instead of saying “you’re feet are too dirty” we would be so much greater. Jesus, knowing one of his best friends and disciples was going to betray Him and stab Him in the back, still washed his feet. We have to be an example to Everyone, and love like Jesus loved, for everyone! Not just the ones we want to. Whether we like them or not or whether they hurt us or not. Whether we accepted it or not, Jesus paid the price no matter what. He came to serve us whether we believed in Him or accepted His service or not. He has asked us to do the same thing. We don’t need to walk around better than others or e ugly to those who are ugly to us or judge those who are unlike us. The only thing He asks of us is to love and serve. “Now that you know these things, God will bless you for doing them.”-John13:17
