Senior Pastor
Ross Worley
Pastor Ross surrendered to the Gospel ministry in 1982 and was licensed that same year. For over four decades, he has faithfully served churches across Texas as a Youth Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, and Senior Pastor, shepherding people with a steady commitment to the Word of God.
In 2007, Ross and his wife Ann stepped out in faith to plant Peace Fellowship Church, which is now in its twentieth year of ministry. Throughout every season, his heart has remained the same — preach the Gospel clearly, disciple believers faithfully, and love people well.
Today, Pastor Ross is grateful for the new place and the new people the Father has called him to serve at Church Under a Bridge. He looks forward with expectation to all that God will continue to do under the bridge and beyond.

Jimbeaux Whitaker
Jimbeaux Whitaker has faithfully served as the Youth Pastor at Church Under a Bridge for the past 13 years. In addition to leading youth ministry, Jimbeaux also oversees the Transportation Ministry, helping ensure individuals in need can attend services and community outreach opportunities.
Jimbeaux’s life and leadership are grounded in his favorite Scripture,
Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV):
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
He has a deep passion for children and a heart for serving his community.
Beyond his pastoral role, Jimbeaux coaches a youth golf program and actively serves with multiple community outreach organizations.

Adminstrator
Paula Shafer
Paula Shafer has lived in Tyler for nine years and has been part of Church Under a Bridge for eight of those years. When she first visited, she wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a church held outdoors under an actual bridge—but something about it captured her heart.
She left that first Sunday wanting more and knew she had found her church home.
Paula quickly became involved, volunteering each week and faithfully serving the community. Last year, through unexpected and difficult circumstances, she transitioned from serving as a board member to becoming the church Administrator. She considers it both an honor and a blessing to serve in this role.
Paula deeply believes in the heart of Church Under a Bridge—a church that is caring, loving, and welcoming to members and to those just passing through. Her prayer is simple: if we can plant one mustard seed one week, and another the next, then we are doing God’s work—because we are all His children..
